For the purposes envisaged by EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals and GDPR EU law with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that the collection of personal data provided by you and acquired by StudioNeko will be subject to processing in compliance with the regulations provided for by the aforementioned Regulation, as well as the rights and obligations arising therefrom.
Purpose of Processing
The processing is solely aimed at the correct and complete display of the commercial proposal offered by StudioNeko, in order to provide services and/or products with an increasingly personalized level that better meet the individual needs of customers and users. With the explicit consent of the user, StudioNeko has the opportunity to process personal data for profiling purposes. This activity allows us to better understand and meet the needs of customers, ensuring them the best service with the least degree of invasiveness.
Processing Methods
The processing is carried out through operations, whether or not by electronic means, and involves the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the data controller and by specifically authorized personnel. For the purpose of profiling, the data held by StudioNeko and related to the content viewable on the website will be processed. In addition, StudioNeko may use any information available on social networks, public archives (such as ISTAT data), and marketplaces.
Payment-related Data
StudioNeko does not acquire or process the necessary data related to payments and payment methods, but it may use third-party providers for the management and execution of such services (PayPal, Stripe, Satispay). Therefore, data relating to payment methods (e.g. credit card numbers) are provided by the customer directly to the payment processor via encrypted protocols and are managed and processed independently by the specified entities, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Provision and Refusal
The provision of common personal data is necessary for the performance of the activities referred to in point 1, and the refusal by the data subject to provide personal data makes it impossible to carry out the activity referred to in point 1. Personal data may be collected, with explicit consent, also through the use of cookies.
Data Disclosure
Personal data may only be known by the authorized personnel involved in the processing and may be disclosed to external collaborators for the purposes mentioned in point 1, and in general to all subjects for whom communication is necessary and for the purposes mentioned in point 1. Personal data is not subject to disclosure.
Data Transfer
Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union or to third countries outside the European Union or to an international organization, for the purposes mentioned in point 1. The data subject will be informed whether there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission or not.
Data Retention
The data is stored for the period necessary for the performance of the activity and in any case for a maximum of ten years from the last use.

Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to:
- Access, rectify, erase, limit, and object to the processing of their data;
- Obtain their data in a commonly used and machine-readable format from the data controller, without hindrance, to transmit it to another data controller;
- Withdraw consent to the processing, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
